Performances by the year's biggest artists, including Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Niall Horan, OneRepublic, Sabrina Carpenter, Jelly Roll, Doechii, Paul Russell, Melanie Martinez, David Kushner, AJR, Pentatonix, Big Time Rush and Cher. 

In 2023, 9.5 million people tuned in throughout the two-hour special on Dec. 21, a +500% increase in viewership among adults 18-49 from last year. The special was the #1 rated show among adults 18-49 from 9-10pm, and the #2 rated program of the night, up from 10th the year prior. Jingle Ball was also the #1 social entertainment program that night, with an increase of +947% from last year's special. 

This year's broadcast was the highest rated since 2017 among adults 18-49 and highest total viewer delivery since being televised in 2013.
