Daisy Domenghini

Daisy Domenghini is the founding Managing Director of OBB Bolded London, focused on building the UK and EMEA business while connecting brands across the entirety of the OBB portfolio, including Fanatics Studios, to unlock new opportunities and drive growth across the wider business. With more than 20 years of experience in agency leadership, commercial growth and business transformation, Daisy has built her career around scaling businesses, deepening global client relationships and building the teams and cultures that make that growth possible. She has always been most interested in work that earns attention rather than demands it: ideas people genuinely talk about, that move the business forward and are brave enough to push culture somewhere new.

Daisy brings more than a decade of experience leading global client relationships and driving growth across major international markets. Most recently, as Managing Director and EVP of EMEA at VaynerMedia, she grew regional revenue by 35% year over year and expanded the business across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Previously, she spent 11 years at ENGINE in London, ultimately serving as Global Client Managing Director. Across her career, she has worked with leading brands including Revolut, Visa, TikTok, Unilever, Red Bull and BMW, and has also advised start-ups and scale-ups on growth, partnerships and organizational strategy.

Daisy is based in Surrey with her husband and three boys and is a lifelong football fan, with an allegiance to Chelsea that is rarely kept quiet.
