Dana Wickens

After growing up in Connecticut, going to Buck's Rock Camp and attending Emerson College, Dana jumped into the entertainment industry and has been working in the comedy + podcast space for over 15 years. She was the first hire on the Acast Studios team developing, producing and strategizing the launches of shows with Shay Mitchell, BuzzFeed and more. As a producer at the Earwolf podcast network for nearly 6 years, she developed, produced and launched shows such as Factually! with Adam Conover, Bitch Sesh with Casey Wilson + Danielle Schneider, Urgent Care with Joel Kim Booster + Mitra Jouhari, OFF BOOK: The Improvised Musical, The Neighborhood Listen with Paul F. Tompkins + Nicole Parker, and countless others. Before her time in podcasting, she produced the short film "Verbatim" which was most notably an Official Selection at the Sundance and SXSW Film Festivals and worked in film / TV / digital as a producer and in talent representation.
Outside of the studio, Dana has been playing drums since childhood and can currently be seen drumming with Off Book the Improvised Musical, Every Place I Cry, and Play It By Ear on Dropout. She LOVES severe weather, UFOs and her corgi Wally!
