Elias Tanner

Elias Tanner is the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth at OBB Media where he oversees the intersection of new business development and storytelling across the OBB portfolio, including Bolded, and Fanatics Studios.

Having been with OBB since day one, Elias has helped lead the company's growth along its path to becoming a one-of-a-kind, 360° entertainment studio. Over the last 10+ years he has held roles in development, production, strategy, while overseeing the company's brand throughout. Today Elias focuses on fueling the company's rapid expansion by leading marquee projects across the OBB family of companies, developing new content & commerce ventures like rhode, and helming the development of OBB Partners, the company's filmmaker and talent partnership division focused on bridging the worlds of film, television, branded entertainment, and venture. During his time at OBB Elias has been named to The Hollywood Reporter's Next Gen 35 Under 35, as well as Forbes 30 Under 30.

Prior to joining the industry, Elias spent a few year stint as an evil corporate lackey in New York, working at the country’s top strategic corp comms firm, where he focused on crisis management. Originally hailing from Philadelphia, Elias has studied and worked all over the world, including the University of Pennsylvania, the London School of Economics, the University of Cape Town, and Beijing University.

If Elias isn’t at the office he can be found running through the Italian market, shadowboxing a frozen veal flank, or crushing a dozen cannoli for breakfast.
