Elizabeth Jacobs is the Senior Vice President of People, where she leads the company’s people strategy across talent, culture, organizational design, and leadership development across the OBB portfolio, including Bolded, and Fanatics Studios. Elizabeth focuses on building clarity across people operations, owning the full talent lifecycle, and aligning workforce planning and employee experience with the company’s long-term strategy.
Prior to OBB Media, Elizabeth built her career in people operations and employee relations, advising leaders through periods of growth, transition, and complexity in both the Hospitality and Entertainment industries. She brings a pragmatic, human-centered approach rooted in trust, accountability, and care.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science is Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is native Angeleno. Outside of work, she can be found navigating the long lines at Disneyland with her family or listening to live music anywhere she can find it.
