Jennifer Leonard is the Head of People at OBB Media where she oversees all Human Resources functions by strategically driving initiatives and programs designed to expand the development of OBB's talent and HR practices all while supporting business strategies.
Prior to joining OBB, Jennifer was an HR leader at Alchemee (formerly the Proactiv Company), where she served as a strategic partner and advisor to leaders and staff during the company’s recent merger and acquisition. Through strong partnerships she developed and lead initiatives that improved company culture, HR processes, retention and significantly influenced the overall employee experience in a positive and impactful way.
Jennifer graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Cultural Studies and is a lover of music, people, culture and food. When she’s not out spreading kindness or laughter, Jennifer is probably enjoying new music while cooking, listening to a podcast, or connecting with nature while practicing yoga.
