Karla Urrutia
Office Manager
Karla is the Office Manager at OBB where she oversees all facilities-related matters, day-to-day administrative needs, and is the point of contact for any required office reconfigurations and modifications.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California (Go Dodgers!), Karla studied Business Management at Cal State University Northridge. After a 13-year-long educational journey, she became a first-generation college graduate in her Salvadoran immigrant family by receiving a Bachelor of Science in 2023. Before joining OBB she was an Accounts Receivable Specialist for several companies but eventually transitioned to Office Manager, gaining experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, and now Media Production.
If she is not making sure the office is running smoothly, you can find her at home enjoying some alone time while rewatching "Friends", listening to her favorite artist Rihanna, or out to dinner with her loved ones. Fun fact about Karla: she is a rainbow baby!
