Leonor Castro

Director, Creative Development & Social Strategy

Leonor Castro is the Director of Creative Development and Social Strategy at OBB where she oversees, strategizes, and produces with a digital and social-first perspective. Most recently Leonor executive produced Cards on the Table with Stanley Tucci for Rolling Stone, and led the social and digital marketing campaigns for Netflix’s A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter - which went no. 2 across Netflix TV globally and Demi Lovato’s directorial debut Child Star, which went no. 1 on Hulu and was Hulu’s highest performing documentary on their owned and operated channels.

Prior to joining the OBB team, Leonor served as a social producer for The Ellen Show, followed by Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine. Before that she worked in everything from talent research at the Late Late Show with James Corden to music video production at London Alley Entertainment.

The only member of her family living in the United, she goes back to Portugal (where she was born), and Amsterdam as often as she can to see her family and, most importantly, her dog. In her free time she can be found playing tennis with her amateur tennis club or ordering in sushi and watching truly terrible reality tv.
