Maddy Roth

Maddy Roth leads OBB Cares and drives impact strategy across the OBB portfolio, including Bolded, and Fanatics Studios. She partners with creative teams to integrate purpose into projects from development through release, and oversees the company’s employee service, sustainability, and below-the-line workforce development initiatives with nonprofit and community partners.

Prior to her work with OBB, Maddy was a Foundation Executive at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), serving as a strategic advisor to actors, writers, directors, athletes, creators, and executives on their philanthropic and pro-social initiatives. At CAA, she launched the Full Story Initiative, an industry-wide effort advancing authentic and equitable storytelling with 27 nonprofit partners and clients, and helped launch the Civic Alliance, mobilizing more than 1,000 companies to strengthen civic participation nationwide. She is a founding board member of I am a voter, serves on the board of the Social Impact Fund, and serves on the advisory board of the Hollywood Climate Summit.
