Simone Spira

VP, Creative Development & Production

Simone Spira is the Vice President of Creative Development & Production where she oversees talent driven projects across the OBB portfolio, including Bolded and Fanatics Studios.

Most recently, Spira executive produced Kendall Jenner’s Bet on Kendall Super Bowl campaign, which debuted on Kendall’s Instagram to 44M views ahead of Super Bowl weekend, with the overall campaign reaching over 27 billion impressions throughout the 2-week roll out. In 2024, in partnership with Sabrina Carpenter, Spira developed, sold, and executive produced “A Nonsense Christmas” for Netflix, which went no. 2 across Netflix TV globally and has 100% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. Other project highlights include executive producing Kim Kardashian’s “Kimsmas LIVE!” (2025), iHeartRadio Jingle Ball (2023, 2024, 2025), iHeartRadio Jingle Ball (2024, 2025) Fanatics Fest: All Access (2025), Hailey Bieber’s YouTube channel, and more.

Spira started her career as a talent intern for “Conan O’Brien Presents: Team Coco.” She was a freelance producer for 10 years, having produced over 300 talk show episodes for various hosts like David Letterman, Steve Harvey, Lilly Singh, Cardi B, and eventually Kevin Hart and Hailey Bieber at OBB when Spira joined in 2022.

In October 2024, Variety named Spira as one of Hollywood’s New Leaders. Spira earned her BA from Bucknell University. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Simone has spent most of her life sitting in traffic on the 405.
