Taylor Carr

Taylor Carr is the Manager of People, where she helps lead initiatives across talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness. In her role, she partners closely with leaders and teams across the OBB portfolio, including Bolded and Fanatics Studios, to develop and implement people programs that strengthen the employee experience, support team growth, and align with broader business objectives. She plays a key role in building scalable people operations, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a thoughtful, high-performing culture rooted in creativity and connection.

Before joining OBB, Taylor built her career at the intersection of entertainment, sports, and people operations, with experience at Paramount and the NFL supporting both production and corporate teams in fast-paced, high-profile environments. Her background gives her a unique perspective on cultivating teams within creative organizations and navigating the evolving needs of modern workplaces.

Taylor holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from USC. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies (firmly in her “Nicole Kidman AMC” era), discovering new brunch spots, and spending time with friends and family.
